Both prices are higher than what had been filtered at first. Everything pointed to 439.99 euros, but finally that figure will not be seen in Spain. Therefore, The most interesting thing is to acquire the pack with the game, that places this at 40 euros and not in the overwhelming 79.99 euros that Nintendo currently marks.
If you are interested in reserving the console from this moment, you should know that Nintendo Shop's waiting list is immensealthough the reserve period opens on April 8. In addition, this presale will have limited units, so you should hurry if you want to be one of the first to have it.
